Payment Terms

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including:

  • Client cooperation and implementation of recommendations

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates. Any projections provided are estimates based on our experience and industry data.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:

  • Work created for you becomes your property upon full payment
  • Our proprietary tools, methods, and processes remain our property
  • You grant us permission to use your project as a portfolio example

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxler Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • Payment for services rendered is due immediately
  • We will provide you with all completed work
  • Access to third-party tools and accounts will be transferred as applicable

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Traxler Consulting operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
